Dog Safety

Today Rooms 2 and 3 had a special visitor. Kelly Jordan came to visit us with her dog Phoenix.
She taught us some safety rules to remember when we are around dogs.

We learnt ...
* Never touch a stranger's dog. Always ask permission to pat a dog
* Don't touch a dog's head. They can be threatened. It's better to pat it's back or neck.
* If a dog growls at you - DON'T look it in the eye. DON'T turn your back on it.
    Turn sideways. Back slowly away.
